Day 1 of case study:

Although we were off to a bad start as my delivery date was put back by 2 weeks – they pulled out all the stops and got it to us on the Easter weekend as was originally planned. The crew turned up just after 10am and were extremely polite and efficient at unloading the lorry and taking great care to position the parts in an orderly manner. They very quickly (but not rushed) positioned the base whilst checking the delivery stock list, allowing me to preserve the base with timber preservative. The cabin was up very quickly indeed and was VERY PLEASED. They took great pride in their work and had the roof on in no time.

Day 2:

They came back to put the roof shingles on and fit the solar heater. They also had to fit a long window on the sides as the wrong window had been sent originally. The service team we very helpful. One installer came at 6am just to make sure my windows made it to the vehicle. A special thanks to him, he knows who he is!!!

The replacement windows which are non-opening look absolutely fantastic both from an internal and external perspective. Also, they were half the price of the one opening window that was sent by mistake. ( I will upload an image of the internal view over our pond soon) the replacement cracked window was replaced 2 weeks later, which was fine.

Overall though, absolutely brilliant product and install. For sure the best on the market…
